A walk exploring the Pendle Hill locations used in the classic 1961 Lancashire film focussing on the scenes set in Downham village, including the farm and barn where Alan Bates hid out. There will be a special guest from the film joining us for a chat about the making of the northern classic and a chance to buy your own ‘Whistle Down The Wind’ souvenirs in the village tearoom. All proceeds from the walk fee will be donated to the Marie Curie charity.

Walk Details: The walk includes stiles/gates, field paths and tracks, lanes, uneven ground and gentle gradients. Please wear suitable footwear. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
